How to book

If we will arrive late at night?
We ensure a check-in service at any time of night. If you arrive after 8pm an extra charge of 30€ will be asked.

At what time can we arrive?
It could happen, especially in high season, that other clients live the apartment at 11am the date of your arrival. To let us the necessary time for cleaning, official check-in time is between 5pm and 8pm. Of course, if the morning of your check-in, the apartment is available, we will be pleased to let you check-in in before 5pm at your convenience. In any case, you can leave your luggage in our agency opened from 10am to 8pm.
If you arrive after 8pm an extra charge of 20€ will be charge

How much to I have to pay to book an apartment?
To book the apartment a down-payment must be paid: 20% to 50% depending on the apartment. The % of the down-payment appears clearly in the apartment description.
The payment can be done by Credit Card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD) or Bank Transfer.

Prices include VAT?
Yes prices includes VAT.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this.

What is your cancellation policy?
- We give you back the down payment minus 60 euros(for admininistrative cost) if you cancel your booking more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the day of arrival.
- We keep 100% of the down-payment if you cancel reservation less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the day of arrival.

What is the security deposit I have to pay on arrival?
On arrival you will also be asked for 150/1000 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. Depending on the apartment, it will be cash or credit card imprint: At check-in, an imprint of your credit card will be done as a security deposit. After apartment check, the print will be torn apart and prove of destruction will be sent by Email to Client.

How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
Generally the keys will be given to you in our agency located in the center of Barcelona. We will be very happy to welcome you and give a personal service to you in our agency located in the centre of Barcelona, close to all our apartments. Don’t forget that the remaining balance has to be given in CASH at check-in.
In some cases we will meet you directly in the apartment. The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the Final Confirmation Notice that you will receive after the down-payment.

At what time do we have to leave the apartment?
The apartment must be liberated at 11am at the latest.

What is the minimum stay?
It is the minimum number of nights to book an apartment, generally it is 4 nights. This depends on the season and on the apartment. Minimum stay is clearly given on each apartment description.
In some case we accept 3 nights booking, in such case we would have to charge an extra fee for short stay. It is clearly given in our price calculation.

What services does your agency offer?
We offer, in addition to the rental service, an customer service during all your stay:
- INFORMATION service: we answer to all your questions about Barcelona, about the operation of a facility in the apartment, about an order of an additional service (extra cleaning, mobile phone rental, taxi,…)
- EMERGENCY service 24h/24h: in case of medical emergency or in case of the occurrence of a technical problem in the apartment that would require immediate intervention.
- LATE CHECK-IN service, out of opening hours of the agency.
