This apartment is located in Vinyet close to the center (10 min walking distance) and the beach (3 minutes). The residence has a nice garden with palm trees, grass and pool. The residence is small and chic: only three floors and two apartments by floor. The environment is ideal: the terraces open up on the garden of the residence and the gardens of the surrounding beautiful Vinyet houses. It has a large living room with two sofas and dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room
opens up on the first terrace. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped. A corridor leads to the two double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds).
