Beautiful apartment with 2 terraces pool, close to the center and the beach.

This apartment is located in Vinyet close to the center (10 min walking distance) and the beach (3 minutes). The residence has a nice garden with palm trees, grass and pool. The residence is small and chic: only three floors and two apartments by floor. The environment is ideal: the terraces open up on the garden of the residence and the gardens of the surrounding beautiful Vinyet houses. It has a large living room with two sofas and dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room opens up on the first terrace. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped. A corridor leads to the two double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds). Each bedroom has access to the other terrace with view on gardens. It is a very quiet and residential area. This apartment also includes a private parking place.
