All amenities are within walking distance of the apartment, shops, supermarkets, central market, tapas bars etc… The train station is at 200 meters. Public parking is located at 150 meters. In the entrance in front of you a door opens onto a modern kitchen, equipped with a large kitchen desk in granite. On the left you enter the room that overlooks the street Rusiñol Santiago: desk, TV corner and two large sofas to relax ... Separated from the living room by a nice fireplace, the dining room is equipped with a table extension that can receive up to 8 people.
